Earth Day Workshop

Eastern Province in Saudi Arabia is celebrating the 40th anniversary of Earth Day by organizing an all day workshop on Wednesday 21st of April 2010 in Le Meriedian, Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The workshop is under the patronage of Prince Turkey bin Nasser bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, President of Presidency of Meteorology and Environment, Saudi Government, and organized by both of Environmental Technology and Management Association (ETMA), Dhahran, Saudi Arabia and KING Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). The theme of the workshop is "Mangrove and Coastal Precious Resources".
The event will help communities in the Kingdom to understand better the importance of Mangroves as a fish habitat and as an essential entity in the biodiversity of the see environment.
