Our school has chosen to adopt 50 Acres in this years Earth Foundation and Nature Conservancy program to save the Rainforest in Costa Rica, Osa Peninsula!!
We met our goal and more and are celebrating with a rainforest cafe', shirt contest, decorating our school to look like a rainforest and more!!! In order to prepare for the event, the 600 kids at the elementary school watched a video on the Costa Rica Rainforest and checked out books on endangered species.
