Earth Day in Miami

Bicentennial Park hosted the first edition of the Green Apple Festival in Miami. Talent included Caravan of Thieves, Baby Loves Salsa Featuring Joe Conde, Arrested Development and Menudo, and was hosted by Nicole Sandler, morning show host on WINZ-AM/AIR AMERICA.

Two thousand people attended and enjoyed the music and the great view of the ocean, as well as the educational booths, where green businesses and nonprofits explained their environmental initiatives and programs to the public.
